Jal Mahal,Jaipur

Hawa Mahal,Jaipur

Situated at Badi Choupad, Pink City of Jaipur, Hawa Mahal was built in 1799. It has 953 windows on the outside walls. The honeycomb shaped and beautifully carved windows allow breeze to blow through the palace and makes it a perfect summer palace. It was built as an extension to the City Palace nearby. Mehrangarh Fort,Jodhpur

The Mehrangarh Fort was built in the year 1459 by Rao Jodha, the ruler of Mandore and the founder of the city of Jodhpur. That is when he decided to build a massive fort spread over an area of 5 km with a height of 125 m to keep his loved ones and the people of his kingdom safe from invaders.
